The Continuing Education Center and the Scientific Affairs Division at Al-Kitab University, in collaboration with the Center for Cataloging and Information Systems at the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, organized a specialized training course titled “The Iraqi Knowledge Portal and the Iraqi Authority File.”

The course was delivered by Mr. Ali Talib Kadhim, who presented the mechanisms for using the Iraqi Knowledge Portal and highlighted the role of the Authority File in organizing and standardizing bibliographic data, contributing to the development of academic and library work.

The course was attended by a number of university professors and students, who showed notable engagement with the course themes through discussions and inquiries, which helped enrich the practical aspect of the training program.
