Dr. Laheeb Jalal Abboud, Director of the Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Department at Al-Kitab University, held a meeting with students of the entrepreneurial project named “Al-Kitab Green Solutions Company” affiliated with the Petroleum Engineering Department in the College of Engineering.

This meeting came within the team’s preparations to participate in the entrepreneurship projects competition to be held at the University of Kirkuk at the end of this month. The students presented their tasks and future plans, showcasing the services the project aims to provide within Al-Kitab University and beyond, enhancing its role in serving the environment, community, and job market.

Dr. Laheeb Jalal provided guidance to the students regarding developing entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into sustainable projects capable of competition and innovation.

The project aims to provide job opportunities for students and enhance environmental awareness within the university and local community, aligning with the sustainable development goals that the university seeks to establish.

The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Samir Saadoun Al-Jubouri, the scientific supervisor of the project, who praised the students’ efforts and urged them to continue working in a team spirit to achieve the best results in the upcoming competition.
