Ahmed Talat Tofiq, a graduate of the College of Engineering / Department of Technical Computer Engineering  at Al-Kitab University (Class of 2018), is a powerful example of how determination and continuous learning can transform lives. Starting with a small sports facility project, Ahmed built his financial independence, which enabled him to pursue his studies on self-funding. His academic journey did not stop at a bachelor’s degree; it extended to a Master’s degree in Communications from the Republic of Belarus, where he also mastered the Russian language.

His ambition grew even further as he pursued a Doctorate, and while living with Chinese students, he took on the challenge of learning Chinese—one of the world’s most difficult languages—and successfully mastered it. Today, Ahmed serves as a university lecturer at the University of Kirkuk / College of Computer Science and Mathematics / Department of Information Technology, where he shares his knowledge and experience with students, believing that education is not just about delivering information, but about building character and shaping futures.
