The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education, Al-Kitab University, organized a humanitarian initiative through a visit to the State Home for Caring for Buds (Boys’ Orphanage) in Kirkuk Governorate, aimed at bringing joy and happiness to the hearts of orphaned children and reinforcing the values of solidarity and social cohesion.

The visit included distributing gifts to the children of the home, as well as spending interactive time with them in an atmosphere filled with love and familiarity. This reflects the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of giving and volunteer work, translating the principles of social responsibility into tangible practices that serve those most in need.

This initiative is part of a series of community activities and programs implemented by Al-Kitab University, affirming its role in building bridges of communication with the local community and promoting humanitarian values among its members.
