The opening ceremony was attended by government and parliamentary figures from the Republic of Iraq and the Russian Federation, as well as Olympic athletes and directors of sports and media institutions. The program included a series of theoretical lectures, practical applications, dialogue workshops, and field visits to several advanced sports facilities in Moscow.
