The Egyptian Minister of Justice, Dr. Farhan Khorshid Hamkoul, honored the Head of the Law Department at Al-Kitab University in recognition of achieving an outstanding grade and being among the top students at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. The recognition took place during a ceremony to honor distinguished researchers from the batches of 2022, 2023, and 2024, held on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

The ceremony was attended by heads of judicial authorities, the President of Cairo University, Mr. Amr Moussa, President of the Cairo University Alumni Association, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, and a group of esteemed faculty members. On behalf of Dr. Farhan Khorshid Hamkoul, Dr. Mohammed Hussein Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi received the honorary certificate during the event.

Dr. Farhan expressed his gratitude to Cairo University for this recognition, praising the efforts of the faculty and its professors in supporting him and his fellow researchers. He emphasized his pride in being affiliated with both Al-Kitab University and Cairo University.
