In a significant step towards enhancing academic collaboration, a cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Education at Al-Kitab University and the Kirkuk Directorate of Education. The delegation from Al-Kitab University was led by the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Uday Jasib Hassan, along with several faculty members. Representing the Kirkuk Directorate of Education were its Director, Mr. Mansour Madhari Saloom, and his technical assistant, Mr. Saman Majid Bakr.

The meeting focused on ways to strengthen academic cooperation between the two institutions with the aim of developing educational programs and improving teaching quality. Both parties agreed to organize joint workshops and research activities to enhance education and facilitate the exchange of expertise between faculty members from both sides.

This agreement represents an important step toward establishing a strong and sustainable educational relationship between Al-Kitab University and the Kirkuk Directorate of Education. It contributes to improving the academic environment and providing outstanding learning opportunities for students.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of the Kirkuk Directorate of Education, Mr. Mansour Madhari Saloom, was honored with a shield of appreciation by the Dean of the College of Education in recognition of his continuous efforts in supporting education and fostering academic cooperation between educational institutions.
