The University of al-Kitab Council held its regular meeting with the attendance of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ayad Barznchy, the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Haza’ Dawood, the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abdulilah Hameed, along with a number of college deans.

The meeting discussed the topic of end-of-semester examinations for upper-stage students, emphasizing the importance of providing suitable conditions for students and ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of the examination process. Attendees also reviewed mechanisms for organizing exams and complying with the approved ministerial instructions, while stressing the need to provide all necessary requirements and materials for their successful implementation.

During the meeting, the University President affirmed the commitment of the university presidency to support the colleges and address any obstacles that may face students or examination committees. This, he noted, contributes to achieving fairness and transparency in academic evaluation and elevating the university’s scientific and educational standards.
