The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award, now open to undergraduate, graduate, and international students enrolled in Iraqi universities.
In his speech, the Minister emphasized that this edition builds on the success of the previous two competitions in promoting reading culture and enhancing intellectual awareness. He called on all students (from public and private universities) to actively participate, noting that the Ministry has created an engaging environment for students to interact with carefully selected scholarly texts, aligning with the competition’s cultural goals.

- Test Material:
“The Problem of Culture” (Mushkilat al-Thaqafa) by Arab thinker Malik Bennabi. - Total Prize Pool:100 million Iraqi dinars, distributed among the top 20 winners:
- 10 million dinars for 1st place
- 8 million dinars for 2nd place
- 5.5 million dinars for 3rd place
- 4.5 million dinars each for 4th to 20th place
