The second edition of the Higher Education Reading Competition was officially launched by Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with a total prize pool of 100 million Iraqi dinars distributed among 40 winners.

Competition Details:

• Test Material:
  1. “Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights” by Martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr.
  2. “The Civilizational Issue: How Do We Innovate Our Future in a Changing World” by Zaki Milad.
• Prizes:
  • 1 to 4 million dinars awarded based on ranking.
• Eligibility:
  • Iraqi nationals
  • Undergraduate students
  • Age limit: 30 years or younger
• Registration Process:
  1. Send a CV (including full name, college, department, stage, phone number, and university email) to:

     Fill out the registration form via the provided link.
  2. Register on the official competition platform:
