The university has used the system of governance or (GOVERNANCE), which is a set of rules, laws and foundations in its internal system (financial and administrative) that control the work of the university and its formations of faculties and scientific departments and its employees, and achieve effective control over its board of directors, and regulates the relationship between it and the various stakeholders, It aims to achieve transparency, justice and combating corruption. The e-government was one of the preventive treatments against the spread of corruption on the one hand, and work to prevent it on the other hand, and the requirements of administrative reform oblige government institutions to have flexibility and clarity in their approach to work.

Therefore, we find that the university has allocated part of its budget to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and without wasting those funds for projects that are inferior and of interest to them, or that do not meet the aspirations of the citizen, and codified that system in its fundamentalist lectures.
