Paper Submission

Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers via the EDAS platform. Submissions should adhere to the IEEE two-column conference template.

  • Paper Length: 4–6 pages
  • File Size Limit: 2 MB
  • Review Process: Double-Blind Review
  • Publication: Accepted papers, meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality standards, will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.

Important Dates

  • Submission Opens: June 1, 2023
  • Submission Deadline: August 23, 2023
  • Notification of Acceptance: August 25, 2023
  • Registration Deadline: September 10, 2023
  • Camera-Ready Submission: September 1, 2023
  • Conference Dates: September 27–28, 2023

Author Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors should ensure the work has been approved by all co-authors and obtain permission for any quoted materials, including tables, figures, or plates.
  • Papers must be written in clear English, meeting required presentation standards. Poorly written submissions may be returned or rejected.

Submission Process

  1. Register in the EDAS system (if not already registered).
  2. Upload your manuscript via EDAS.
  3. Initial screening will assess language quality and relevance. Papers failing this review will be rejected.
  4. Accepted papers will undergo detailed peer review by an expert panel within 4–5 weeks.
  5. Authors will receive feedback and must revise and resubmit if necessary.

Publishing Process

  1. Accepted authors must:
    • Pay the registration fee of $180.
    • Sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement.
    • Submit the final, camera-ready version of their paper.
  2. Papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore, subject to quality standards.
