The college is dedicated to actively supporting scientific research and serving the community by fostering an environment that encourages the acquisition, dissemination, and creation of knowledge in engineering through the optimal utilization of human resources.

The College of Technical Engineering at Al-Kitab University seeks to be one of the distinguished colleges in the field of technical computer engineering, technical engineering of medical device, refrigeration and air conditioning technical engineering, Department of Aerospace Technical Engineering, Cybersecurity Technical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Department of Fuel and Power Engineering and to be among the solid colleges in technical engineering locally and globally.
