The College of Education Organizes a Training Course for Its Students Under the Theme “Compliance with Laws and Professional Standards” Sponsored by the University President
As part of Al-Kitab University’s commitment to fostering academic and professional values, the College of Education organized a distinctive training course for its students titled “Compliance with Laws and Professional Standards.” The event was held under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Iyad Barznji. The two-day course featured insightful sessions. On the first day, Dr. Sirwan Abdullah Saleh delivered a lecture on “The Personality of University Students and Ethical Values.” On the second day, Professor Dr. Oday Jasib Hassan and Professor Dr. Falih Jazza Shalash addressed the topic “Academic Excellence: A Student’s Guide to Understanding University Rules and Regulations.” This initiative reflects Al-Kitab University’s dedication to raising student awareness about professional ethics and explaining the regulations that govern their academic lives, including disciplinary guidelines and examination protocols. To assess the students’ understanding and adherence to these laws and standards, the College of Education’s Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit designed an electronic survey aimed at evaluating the level of student awareness in this area.
