The President of Al-Kitab University, Prof. Dr. Ayad Barznchy, along with the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Haza’ Dawood, and the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abdulilah Hameed, received a specialized ministerial committee comprising Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Idris Mahmoud and Lecturer Dr. Omar Mohammed Ismail.
This visit comes as part of the efforts undertaken by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to monitor the examination process and ensure compliance with approved instructions and regulations. The committee is tasked with auditing the master sheet records in accordance with the University Examinations Management Guide for undergraduate studies for the academic year 2024–2025.
The audit aims to assess the extent of compliance of public and private universities and colleges with ministerial instructions regarding examination organization, and to verify the accuracy of data and the integrity of procedures followed in documenting student results.
The university presidency affirmed during the meeting its commitment to full cooperation with ministerial committees and to providing all necessary requirements to facilitate their tasks, thereby enhancing the quality of academic performance and reinforcing the principles of transparency and integrity in university work.
