The College of Pharmacy at Al-Kitab University organized an awareness campaign on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, as part of its societal responsibility to spread health awareness and encourage women to prioritize regular check-ups.

The campaign witnessed wide interaction from students and visitors, where the college’s students and awareness team provided medical guidance and advice on the importance of early detection and its role in increasing recovery rates and reducing disease complications, in addition to raising awareness about contributing prevention factors and the necessity of adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Educational brochures were also distributed, explaining the method of self-examination and the locations providing early detection services in health institutions.

This initiative is part of a series of activities that Al-Kitab University is keen to organize to enhance health awareness in the community and contribute to supporting national efforts to combat chronic diseases.
