Al-Kitab University Receives Ministerial Committee from the Citizens Affairs Department

Al-Kitab University received a ministerial committee from the Citizens Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on an official visit aimed at reviewing the university’s operations and discussing mechanisms for establishing a Citizens Affairs Division within the university campus. This initiative seeks to enhance institutional communication and process requests and proposals in accordance with approved official frameworks.

The committee consisted of Ms. Zahra Karim Najm, Committee Chairperson, along with members Mr. Saleh Mahdi Saleh and Mr. Ahmed Sattar Jabbar. They were received and seen off by the University President’s Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abdulilah Hamid Yasin, who provided a detailed briefing on infrastructure, scientific laboratories, and academic programs, reaffirming the university’s commitment to the environmental and educational standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The visit included an on-site tour of several colleges, administrative facilities, and service centers. During the tour, the committee reviewed student and visitor reception procedures and explored ways to enhance communication channels by establishing a dedicated Citizens Affairs Division within the university.

This visit is part of the ongoing cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and private universities, aimed at improving institutional performance and elevating the quality of educational and administrative services provided.
