Department of Computer Engineering Techniques at Al-Kitab University Organizes the Second Student Scientific Conference for Graduation Projects

The Department of Computer Engineering Techniques at the Technical Engineering College – Al-Kitab University organized the Second Student Scientific Conference for the graduation projects of fourth-year students for the academic year 2024–2025. The event was marked by notable academic and professional attendance, including the participation of several academics and specialists in the field.

The conference opened with two welcoming speeches. The first was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jasim Mohammed, Dean of the Technical Engineering College and the general supervisor of the conference. The second was given by Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Abzar Zainal, Head of the Computer Engineering Techniques Department and the conference chair. Both emphasized the importance of supporting students and encouraging them to innovate and think critically, highlighting the role of such events in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application.

The conference featured the presentation of several graduation projects by fourth-year students. The students showcased their ideas and technical achievements before the scientific committee and attendees using visual presentations and practical models. The atmosphere was enriched by scientific interaction and constructive discussions, reflecting the students’ readiness to enter the job market.

The objectives of the conference included:
