The Department of Technical Anesthesia at Al-Kitab University, established in 2017, is a vital part of the College of Technical Medical Sciences, which became fully functional in 2018. Since its inception, the department has been dedicated to preparing students for careers in the field of anesthesia, offering an intensive four-year program. This program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in various medical environments, including operating rooms, intensive care units, and emergency departments.

Our curriculum is grounded in both theoretical learning and hands-on experience. Students are introduced to the latest advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques, allowing them to work effectively with modern medical equipment.
