The conference will focus on the presentation of cutting-edge research and practical challenges in engineering, technology, and science. Sessions will be conducted in English.
Publication
Selected conference papers will be submitted to the IEEE Conference Department for consideration in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and subsequent indexing in Scopus, subject to quality review.
Awards
Awards will be given for the best paper presentations in each conference session.

Paper Submission
Call for Papers: Authors are encouraged to submit their original research through the EDAS system. Papers should adhere to IEEE’s two-column conference template (4–6 pages).
Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline: June 15 – October 15, 2018
- Acceptance Notification: November 1, 2018
- Camera-Ready Submission: November 5, 2018
- Conference Dates: December 4–5, 2018
Author Guidelines: Submissions must be original and unpublished. Authors must ensure proper permissions for any quoted material. Papers will undergo a rigorous review process to ensure quality.
