Citizens Affairs Division

Head of the Citizens Affairs Division
The Citizens Affairs Division serves as the link between the institution and the public. It was established based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in line with the requirements of public interest and the improvement of government performance. This was approved under Ministerial Order No. (12872), issued on 25/10/2004. The division plays a pivotal role in receiving requests from citizens, employees, and students of various kinds, in addition to handling their complaints and grievances submitted to the Minister or the heads of departments. It is responsible for receiving citizens’ requests, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, following up on them, and finding appropriate solutions in accordance with regulations and instructions, with the aim of achieving citizen satisfaction and improving the quality of services provided.
