Department Of law
about the department
The Department of Law at Al-Kitab University was established in the academic year 2012-2013, marking the university’s commitment to advancing legal education. The department accepts graduates of both scientific and literary preparatory schools and prepares them over four years of study to become specialists in the legal field. Instruction is primarily delivered in Arabic, with supplementary English courses to enhance linguistic and professional capabilities.
Recognizing the significance of law in organizing various aspects of life, the department combines academic rigor with practical training. Students engage in judicial research, analyze case decisions, and undergo training in courts and legal institutions. This approach ensures the department stands out as one of the leading centers for legal education in Iraq and the Middle East.
