The College of Applied Arts at Al-Kitab University is one of the colleges within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Established in the academic year 2023-2024, the college was founded to meet the growing need for specialized disciplines that contribute to the development of our beloved country and serve the labor market.
Currently, the college offers one academic department – the Department of Interior Design Technology. The duration of study at the college is four years, which includes two years of summer training. Upon graduation, students are awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Design, earning the professional title of Designer. The college’s educational approach integrates theoretical and practical courses delivered by a highly qualified academic and training staff using the latest technologies, tools, and equipment to enhance students’ skills.
The college accepts students from both the scientific and literary branches, as well as top-performing graduates from the vocational branch. It is dedicated to producing highly skilled professionals with innovative and creative abilities in the field of interior design technology. The college actively participates in organizing various festivals and exhibitions that contribute to societal development through community engagement. By graduating competent designers equipped with modern knowledge, professional skills, and innovative thinking, the college aims to address challenges in the realm of applied arts and provide exceptional community service and practical scientific research.
