Material and equipment procurement policy and work to preserve the sustainable environment

Al-Kitab University has prepared a plan to purchase materials and auxiliary equipment for a sustainable environment, in view of the vertical and horizontal expansions it witnessed and the demand for it by students in various Iraqi governorates, and after it built many buildings and halls that fit with the number of students and increased them for five years, it also equipped halls and laboratories with advanced and assistive devices to the environment, especially medical devices, how to dispose of medical materials and waste through incinerators, waste compression devices, recycling and transporting them to specialized laboratories for disposal and recycling.

4.The printers cartridge is refilled with ink inside the university in special laboratories in order to reduce plastic waste resulting from consumed cartridge

5.Solutions of reusable paper in back office, e.g. using 2-side of paper, always recheck your data before print, use soft copy instead of hard copy.

6.Al-Kitab University has a policy of using paper envelopes instead of nylon or plastic envelopes to reduce non-degradable plastic waste that pollutes the environment when burning.
