أقام مركز التعليم المستمر في جامعة الكتاب، بالتعاون مع قسم ضمان الجودة والأداء الجامعي، ورشة عمل بعنوان “آلية ملء استمارات تقييم الأداء”. قدمت الورشة الأستاذ المساعد الدكتورة ريم أديب محمد، حيث تناولت شرحاً مفصلاً حول أهمية استمارات التقييم ودورها في تحسين الأداء الأكاديمي والإداري، مع تسليط الضوء على خطوات ملء الاستمارات بشكل دقيق وصحيح.

الورشة شهدت حضوراً واسعاً من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والكوادر الإدارية، وتفاعلاً إيجابياً تمثل في طرح أسئلة ومداخلات حول أبرز التحديات المرتبطة بعملية التقييم وسبل تجاوزها.

تهدف الورشة إلى تعزيز فهم معايير ضمان الجودة وآليات التقييم داخل الجامعة، بما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة نحو تطوير الأداء ورفع كفاءة العمل. واختتمت الورشة بتوجيه الشكر للدكتورة ريم أديب محمد على تقديمها المميز، ولإدارة الجامعة على اهتمامها المستمر بتطوير كوادرها

The Continuing Education Center at Al-Kitab University, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, held a workshop entitled “Mechanism for Filling Out Performance Evaluation Forms”. The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Reem Adeeb Mohammed, who provided a detailed explanation of the importance of evaluation forms and their role in improving academic and administrative performance, highlighting the steps for filling out the forms accurately and correctly.

The workshop witnessed a wide attendance from faculty members and administrative cadres, and positive interaction represented in raising questions and interventions about the most prominent challenges associated with the evaluation process and ways to overcome them.

The workshop aims to enhance understanding of quality assurance standards and evaluation mechanisms within the university, which contributes to achieving the university’s goals towards developing performance and raising work efficiency. The workshop concluded with thanks to Dr. Reem Adeeb Mohammed for her distinguished presentation, and to the university administration for its continuous interest in developing its cadres.
