A delegation from the College of Pharmacy at Al-Kitab University participated in the annual workshop of the International Quality Council for Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE), which was held at Al Ain University of Science and Technology in the United Arab Emirates under the slogan
“Taking your Experiential education programme to the next level”.
Over the course of two days, the delegation consisting of Dr. Nihad Al-Omari, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Kitab University, and Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Abdel-Baqi, was keen to show the
honorable image of Al-Kitab University in this important international forum.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Kitab University has been a member of the ACPE International Quality Council for Pharmaceutical Education, since 2017, as
well as a member of the AACP American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
The delegation presented a poster about the experience of the College of Pharmacy in spreading experiential education to students through the editing of PharmaShout
magazine and the positive impact of the participation of students for the primary stages (first and second grades) in writing articles and scientific international research in the field of pharmacy and its various sciences.
