division's guiding system
Human resources have always been the most valuable asset of societies. While financial, industrial, economic, and other resources exist, they cannot be utilized efficiently and effectively without competent human resources capable of directing and investing them in alignment with their goals. Thus, human resources remain the primary driver of most successes achieved by societies and their institutions. Psychological guidance and educational counseling are fundamental pillars of the academic and educational process in institutions, fostering intellectual and cognitive advancement across various disciplines.
