The Department of Technical Dental industry Manufacturing at Al-Kitab University was established during the academic year 2016-2017, and its first cohort of 35 students graduated in 2022. The department aims to produce skilled technicians specialized in dental prosthetics, capable of working in dental labs to create dental restorations, such as bridges, implants, and dentures, under the supervision of a dentist. With over 300 students currently enrolled, the department offers comprehensive training in both the theoretical and practical aspects of dental technology.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, materials, and devices necessary for high-quality training. These facilities ensure that students gain hands-on experience with modern equipment and techniques required in the dental field.
