About the Legal Affairs Department

We serve as the legal backbone of Al-Kitab University, ensuring compliance, governance, and protection of institutional interests across all operations. As a central department with ministerial-level authority, we provide strategic counsel to leadership, legal safeguards for academic/administrative functions, and unified standards across campuses.

Our specialized divisions deliver targeted expertise:

  • Legal Consultations Division: Advises on compliance, policy, and risk management.

  • Rights & Litigation Division: Handles disputes, lawsuits, and legal enforcement.

While legal teams may vary across government institutions, we share a core mandate to uphold integrity, empowered authority to act on the university’s behalf, and a holistic approach bridging academic, administrative, and regulatory frameworks. By transforming complex legal requirements into actionable guidance, we enable risk mitigation, efficient dispute resolution, and seamless academia-government coordination.
