Duties and memberships  :Head of the Department of Education and Islamic Sciences and member of the Scientific Promotion Committee at Al-Kitab University and Chairman of the Sub-Examination Committee

He is also a member of the Association of Historians and Archaeologists in Iraq – a member of the Society of Arab Academics and Scholars in London, a member of the Association of University Teachers and Academics in Baghdad, a member of the Ashnona Association for Scholars, and a member of the Iraqi Scientific Manuscripts Association.
