With reference to the ministerial order concerning the conversion of Al-Kitab University College to Al-Kitab University, and in the name of Mr. Yacoub Najmuddin, the presidency of the university, teaching and administrative staff and students, we extend our thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq al-Issa , Prof. Dr. Salam Khoshnau, and distinguished personnel in the Department of Private University Education represented by the distinguished Mr. Ali Rzouki and Dr. Tarek.

          On this occasion, Al-Kitab University renews its pledge to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to undertake the responsibility of keeping up a distinguished level both scientifically and academically, and to remain a true source of support for the scientific, cultural and academic movement in Iraq and the region to illuminate the path of generations towards enlightenment and knowledge.
