Al-Kitab University Ranks High in Global GreenMetric

The University of the book occupies an advanced position in the world ranking of universities
# Universitybook has achieved an advanced rank in the Green Metric world ranking of universities.
Kuttab University ranked fourteenth at the level of public and private universities in Iraq, ahead of dozens of prestigious Iraqi public universities.
The results of the rating recorded the evaluation of one thousand one hundred and eighty-three university institutions around the world, and Iraqi universities have been able to increase their global competitiveness to seventy-four institutions compared to the results of the last edition for the year 2022, which included seventy-three universities.
The UI GreenMetric rating is based on several criteria, including infrastructure, energy and climate change, waste, water, transport, education and research, as well as sustainability, environment, green spaces and energy consumption.
On this occasion, the president of Al-Kitab University, professor Dr. Iyad Barzanji, congratulated and congratulated all university members, professors, employees and students, stressing that this advanced rank in this world ranking reaffirms the prestigious position occupied by Al-Kitab University in the world, expressing his thanks to the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, especially His Excellency the esteemed minister for their continuous support for private university education in our dear Iraq in general and Al-Kitab University in particular .
