Prof. Dr. Ayad Barzanchi, Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Executive Council of the International Association of Universities

The President of Al-Kitab University, Prof. Ayad Barzanchi, participated on (Wednesday 7/28/2021) in the meeting of the second (ordinary) session of the General Assembly of the International Association of Universities, based in Istanbul, which was held using the Zoom platform.

The meeting witnessed the renewal of the election of Professor Muhammad Khair Al-Ghabani as President of the International Association of Universities by the majority. Also, the President of Al-Kitab University Prof. Dr. Ayad Barzanchi was elected as Chairman of the Nomination Committee for Membership of the Executive Council of the Association. The meeting witnessed the discussion of topics on its agenda, which included the election of the president of the General Assembly, the reading of the session’s report, and the recommendations made by Professor Dr. Muhammad Khair Al-Ghabani, President of the Association, and discussing the report, its approval, and other issues.
