Al-Kitab University has been ranked seventh at the level of private universities in Iraq, and 24th at the level of Iraqi governmental and private universities in the Times Impact Ranking 2021, in advance of many Public and private universities.
Prof. Dr. Ayad Barzanji, President of Al-Kitab University, said: “This advanced rank achieved by Al-Kitab University in this international community classification, which our university is entering for the first time, reaffirms the accuracy of its scientific and academic development and growth strategy.
This achievement comes in line with the continuous support and guidance that higher education provides from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, and all the formations of the ministry. It is revenue of the efforts of the teaching staff, employees, and students.
It is noteworthy that this classification is concerned with the SDGs (17) announced by the United Nations and the extent of university implementation to the requirements of sustainable development.
