Mr.Ali Hilal, Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from the University of belgrade. obtained master’s degree from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Belgrade, with a degree in Communications. worked in the army, classed missiles, in the jamming department from 1986 to 2003, and in 2006 he taught at the Technical College of Kirkuk, in the Department of Electronics and Control, to 12-31-20019 .And currently he teach at Al-kitab University,engineering techniques of medical devices.
