Lect.Dr. Abdul Salam Ali, Acquired bachelor’s degree from the Department of Arabic Language Arts, University of Baghdad in 1985. In 2002, a university order was issued to grant the teaching degree (Master’s) in documents and manuscripts. In 2001 he obtained a master’s degree – Department of Documents and Manuscripts – in 2009 the certificate was equalized in the Ministry of Higher Education And Scientific Research / Department of Missions and Cultural Relations In 2004, a university order was issued to grant me a degree (PhD) in the Arab scientific heritage and he obtained a doctorate degree – Department of Arab Intellectual and Scientific Heritage –
