Assistant Prof. Dr, Elias Khudair, Dean of college of administrative and financial sciences. hold a PhD in Business Administration, specialized in (Financial Management), Higher Diploma in Banking Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He have nearly thirty years of experience in the field of education either inside or outside Iraq. He have also taught in Libya and Yemen. During scientific career he have taught many administrative and accounting subjects alike and in private and governmental colleges and institutions.
