• Preparing distinguished medical technical cadres in various fields of health and medical technologies, to have a position locally, regionally and internationally in order to provide advanced and high-quality health services to the community.

• Training the students of the Department of Anesthesia on the preparation, operation and follow-up of the organization of anesthesia devices, monitoring and treatment devices in the operating room, recovery and various intensive care units. The medical team participates in clinical interventions for emergency and life-threatening cases in its various workplaces (operating theatre, recovery, intensive care units).

• Training the students of the optometry department, receiving patients from all segments of society, and providing medical services, such as checking and correcting strabismus, refractive errors, examining the visual field, making eyeglasses, providing contact lenses, as well as examining eye diseases by qualified doctors.

• Training students of the Department of Dental Industry on the treatment and restoration of teeth, making partial and complete movable prosthesis molds, treatment and orthodontics of mobile and fixed teeth, making root fillings and preparing teeth for making molds and fixed bridges of both types, cast and ceramic.

•  Training the students of the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound Techniques, and for the students to be a pioneer in the field of teaching radiological technology and medical imaging, and a supporter of the process of development, research and development in Iraq, contributing to building a healthy society.

• Training the Forensic Techniques Department to provide and prepare graduates with high scientific competence in the areas of crime investigation, criminal investigations, fingerprinting, and how to collect, deal with and analyze evidence, which contributes to diagnosing perpetrators according to scientific foundations.

•  Training the students of the Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies on how to use the modern equipment used in pathological analyzes and diagnosis of microbiology and blood diseases.
