about the department

The Department of Behavioral Rehabilitation for Autism at Al-Kitab University, established on November 9th, 2025, is dedicated to advancing compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals on the autism spectrum. The department is committed to preparing students to become skilled behavioral therapists, intervention specialists, educational consultants, and advocates capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating personalized rehabilitation programs. By integrating rigorous theoretical foundations in applied behavior analysis (ABA), developmental psychology, and communication sciences with hands-on practical training, we aim to equip graduates with the skills to deliver meaningful, life-enhancing interventions in clinical, educational, and community settings.
